• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Insurance policies are complex legal documents. Our automated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
• Primary Document Governance: Your rights and obligations are governed strictly by the original policy issued by your insurance carrier. Our summary does not supersede or modify your official insurance contract.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the data extracted matches your actual policy.

3. Referrals & Compensation Disclosure

To provide you with competitive options, GetPolicyPulse.com may connect you with third-party licensed insurance providers or API-integrated quoting engines (“Partners”).

• Referral Fees: We may receive a fixed, non-contingent referral fee from our Partners for introducing you to their platform. This fee is paid regardless of whether you purchase a policy.
• Third-Party Terms: Once you leave our Site or interact with a Partner's quoting tool, you are subject to that Partner's terms and privacy policies. GetPolicyPulse.com is not responsible for the products or services offered by third parties.

4. User Data & Privacy

• License to Use: By uploading a policy, you grant GetPolicyPulse.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, de-identify, and analyze your data to provide the Services.
• Consent to Share: If you request a quote, you provide express written consent for GetPolicyPulse.com to share your extracted data (including PII and coverage limits) with our licensed Partners to facilitate the quoting process.
• Security: We implement industry-standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload documents that are fraudulent or that you do not have the legal right to possess.
• Use the Services for any commercial or competitive benchmarking purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis algorithms or “scrape” data from the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability
